Pumpkin Spice Donut Holes
These pumpkin spice donut holes are baked, not fried, but still insanely delicious! They are little bites of heaven!

Okay, I am not always the biggest pumpkin spice fan, but there are a few recipes I make every year when pumpkin season rolls around, and these pumpkin spice donut holes are always on the list! I mean, I know people have gone so overboard with pumpkin spice everything that it is basically a joke at this point (pumpkin spice toilet paper, anyone?) but I’m telling you, these donut holes are the absolute best! They’re so soft and caky, and rolled in buttery cinnamon sugar to finish them. They are the perfect little mouthful of deliciousness!

Even if you’re not a huge pumpkin spice fan, you should definitely give these little cuties a try. They have the perfect amount of spice and the best pumpkin flavor. They’re baked in a mini muffin tin, so it’s easy to get them all to be a uniform size and shape. Once you roll them in the cinnamon sugar, they get a little round and look just like donut holes. They are definitely best on the day they’re made, but they always disappear quickly at my house, so it’s not a problem. They really are so good!
