I make this smoothie often just before bedtime, and I love it! I’ve tried just about every variety of frozen fruit in this, and they are all good.
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup vanilla soymilk
1/2 cup any flavor yogurt
1/4 cup any flavor granola
Mix using immersion blender (or I guess a regular blender or food processor, but I love my immersion blender because it’s so easy). Enjoy!
