Candied Mixed Nuts
These candied mixed nuts are totally addicting and insanely delicious! They have the perfect blend of flavors and are so sweet and crisp!

I don’t know what it is about this time of year, but when it’s Christmas time I am always in the mood for some candied nuts! The way they smell, that sweet cinnamony-crunch when you bite into them… they are absolutely delicious! If you haven’t made them at home before, they are surprisingly easy to make. This recipe for candied mixed nuts is seriously the easiest, most delicious recipe ever! I have a slow cooker cinnamon almond recipe that I absolutely love, but this recipe is even quicker and easier to make. Score!
I made these nuts for some Christmas presents for friends and family, and they came out absolutely fantastic. They’re so easy to make, and so fragrant and flavorful. I love that they take just a few minutes to mix up, and are ready in under an hour. You could use any combination of nuts, but I think the cashews were my personal favorite in this mix. Feel free to use almonds, peanuts, walnuts, cashews, pistachios… whatever you have on hand. You really can’t go wrong here!

They’re perfect for any occasion, or just for snacking. These are definitely a must try!

I have done all kind of nut and they are all good
Can you use salted nuts?
Canned nuts, salted nuts, raw nuts? I’m not sure what to use or if it matters. I’d like to make this to give as Christmas gifts to friends.
How long do they keep for please?
I let them cook completely but they are soft/gummy on the bottom. What could I have messed up?
